Target: Massage and Release Quadriceps

Step 1

Lie face down

Step 2

Place the foam roller under the front of the thigh

 

 

Notes about Foam roller exercises:

All exercises are to massage and release certain muscle groups. Placement of the foam roller is key and small movements backwards and forwards will allow you to find the areas of tightness. When you find the tender areas try to relax onto the foam roller with your body weight for maximum benefit.
