Candidate Requirements

  • Hong Kong Registered Physiotherapist
  • Successful candidate should be driven and hold a good musculoskeletal skillset
  • Ability to work competently and independently to treat all MSK conditions
  • Be professional, dynamic and enthusiastic, show a good work ethic,
    motivated to work hard and build a client base.
  • Ability to communicate closely with medical professionals
  • Fluent command of English essential 
  • Junior Physiotherapist: 1-2 years of experience
  • Physiotherapist: 3 to 5+ years of experience


  • High potential earning with opportunity to build case-load
  • Salary compensation based on case-load, earnings can range up to
    80K+ for experienced physiotherapist

Full Time Front Desk Receptionist

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer service including welcoming patients, handle patient inquiries (phone, email, walk-in etc.)
  • Book appointments, process payments and issue invoices
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic’s reception and other related areas
  • Ensure continuous operation of the clinic and stock-taking
  • Respond to, resolve and/or escalate issues as required (claims, schedule conflicts, last minute cancelations)
  • Acquire strong working knowledge of the organisation’s services and staff members
  • Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinical Directors


  • Possess great customer service skills, is dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills, well versed in written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Good computer skills with knowledge using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task
