I first came to Hong Kong in 1993, and continued to develop my Sports Physiotherapy career, attending the East Asian games with the Hong Kong Rowing Squad.
After my pregnancy, I became more interested in Pilates, and now I actively use Pilates to help my postpartum clients return to fitness after childbirth.
I am also is very experienced in treating children with postural issues and scoliosis.
My most recent clinical interest is in improving bone density, as I am a strong advocate for the healing powers of exercise and the important role it plays in maintaining a healthy lifestyle especially for seniors. I am one of the first Onero™ accredited practitioners in Asia.
I am very active and believe that exercise is important for both physical health and mental wellbeing. Not only am I a qualified horse riding instructor, I also enjoys running, karate and competitive tennis.
