Video Spikey Ball Exercise – Plantarfascia and Calf Massage/ Release

Target: Release tension in underside of foot and tightness in calves

Step 1
Place spikey ball under foot with heel down and toes on the ball

Step 2
Bend knee over middle of foot, then move from big toe to little toe

Step 3
Apply pressure onto the spikey ball to massage foot
