Neck Care Tip: Upper Trapezius Stretch

Target: To stretch the Upper Trapezius muscle at the side of the neck and top of the shoulder

Step 1:   Bend head to the side, ear towards shoulder

Step 2:  Keep opposite shoulder down away from the ear

Step 3:   Hold for 60 seconds and repeat
