Target: To stretch the Levator Scapula muscle located behind the neck extending down to the shoulder blades
Step 1: Place your hand softly behind your back
Step 2: Turn your head and look down towards the opposite armpit
Step 3: Use your hand to help ease into the stretch, hold for 60 seconds
