3 Steps to Release muscles in the neck region with spikey ball

Step 1: Place Spikey ball between wall and neck in the upper fibre trapezius muscle

Step 2: Move your upper body gently and apply body weight pressure onto the ball to increase pressure of the massage

Step 3: Look at the floor and over to the opposite armpit to add stretch and intensify the release
